Testing the Addition of a New Anti-cancer Drug, Radium-223 Dichloride, to the Usual Treatment (Cabozantinib) for Advanced Renal Cell Cancer That Has Spread to the Bone, RadiCaL Study
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies whether adding radium-223 dichloride to the usual treatment, cabozantinib, improves outcomes in patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone. Radioactive drugs such as radium-223 dichloride may directly target radiation to cancer cells and minimize harm to normal cells. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving radium-223 dichloride and cabozantinib may help lessen the pain and sympto... Read More

Recruiting
This is a phase I/II study to evaluate the feasibility, safety and preliminary antitumor efficacy of rapcabtagene autoleucel (also known as YTB323). Rapcabtagene autoleucel will be investigated in combination with ibrutinib in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and as single agent in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (3L+ DLBCL), adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and 1st Line High Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma (1L HR LBCL).

Benralizumab Airway Remodeling Study in Severe Eosinophilic Asthmatics
Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to evaluate effect of benralizumab on structural and lung function changes in severe eosinophilic asthmatics. Changes will be assessed over 48 week treatment period in patients with persistent symptoms despite standard therapy of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) plus long acting B2-agonist (LABA) with or without additional controller medication. Patients who complete treatment will enter 4 weeks follow-up period.

Belimumab With Rituximab for Primary Membranous Nephropathy
Recruiting
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of belimumab and intravenous rituximab co-administration at inducing a complete or partial remission (CR or PR) compared to rituximab alone in participants with primary membranous nephropathy. Background: Primary membranous nephropathy (MN) is among the most common causes of nephrotic syndrome in adults. MN affects individuals of all ages and races. The peak incidence of MN is in the fifth decade of life. Primary MN is recog... Read More

Efficacy and Safety of Erenumab in Pediatric Participants With Episodic Migraine
Recruiting
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab in migraine prevention in children (6 to \<12 years) and adolescents (12 to \<18 years) with episodic migraine. The study hypothesis is that in pediatric participants with episodic migraine, the combined erenumab dose group has a greater reduction from baseline to week 9 through week 12 (month 3) in monthly migraine days (MMDs) when compared with placebo in the double-blind treatment phase (DBTP).

CS1-CAR T Therapy Following Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CS1 Positive Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of CS1-chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T therapy after chemotherapy in treating patients who have CS1 positive multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immune cells can be engineered to kill multiple myeloma cells by inserting a piece of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) into the immune cells using a lentiviral vector such as CS1, that allows them to recognize multiple myeloma cells. These en... Read More

Investigation of Rifampin to Reduce Pedal Amputations for Osteomyelitis in Diabetics
Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to determine if rifampin, an antibiotic (a medicine that treats infections), is effective in treating osteomyelitis (infection of the bone) of the foot in diabetic patients. Despite use of powerful antibiotics prescribed over a long period of time, many diabetic patients remain at a high risk for needing an amputation of part of the foot or lower leg because the osteomyelitis is not cured. Some small research studies have shown that addition of rifampin to o... Read More
