A Phase 1/2 Study of [225Ac]-FPI-1434 Injection
Recruiting
This is a first-in-human Phase 1/2, non-randomized, multi-centre, open-label clinical study designed to investigate safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary anti-tumour activity of [225Ac]-FPI-1434 (radioimmuno-therapeutic agent) in patients with solid tumours that demonstrate uptake of [111In]-FPI-1547 (radioimmuno-imaging agent), and to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of repeat doses of [225Ac]-FPI-1434 Injection in patients with solid tum... APOL1 Long-term Kidney Transplantation Outcomes Network (APOLLO)
Recruiting
The APOLLO study is being done in an attempt to improve outcomes after kidney transplantation and to improve the safety of living kidney donation based upon variation in the apolipoprotein L1 gene (APOL1). Genes control what is inherited from a family, such as eye color or blood type. Variation in APOL1 can cause kidney disease. African Americans, Afro-Caribbeans, Hispanic Blacks, and Africans are more likely to have the APOL1 gene variants that cause kidney disease. APOLLO will test DNA from ki... Read More

Observational Study of Characteristics, Treatment and Outcomes With Severe Asthma in the United States (CHRONICLE)
Recruiting
The CHRONICLE Study is a multi-center, non-interventional, prospective cohort study of adults with severe asthma who do not achieve control with high-dose inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) therapy with additional controllers and/or require systemic corticosteroid or monoclonal antibody therapy. Data will be collected from the healthcare provider in a uniform manner for every patient enrolled using an electronic case report form (eCRF). Data will be collected monthly from patients via web-based survey... Read More

A Phase II/III Trial of Nivolumab, Ipilimumab, and GM-CSF in Patients With Advanced Melanoma
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the c... Read More

Intraoperative Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Breast Cancer Undergoing Breast-Conserving Surgery
Recruiting
This phase IV trial studies the side effects of intraoperative radiation therapy and how well it works in treating patients with breast cancer undergoing breast-conserving surgery. Delivering radiation one time to the area where the tumor was removed while the patient is still in the operating room may kill any residual tumor cells and may be as effective as standard radiation therapy in patients with early stage breast cancer.

PD, PK, and Safety of ALTO-203 in Patients With MDD
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the pharmacodynamic effects of ALTO-203 in patients with MDD in a randomized, placebo-controlled, single-dose crossover treatment period. Additionally, safety, tolerability, and PK will be assessed in a subsequent randomized placebo-controlled multi-dose parallel-group treatment period of 28 days. Participants will complete subjective response questionnaires and perform cognitive tasks during the single-dose period, in which participants will rece... Read More

A Study of Upadacitinib in Adult Participants With Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis and Inadequate Response to Dupilumab
Recruiting
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study aims to provide data on the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib at different doses in adult participants with moderate to severe AD. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). This stud... Read More
