A Study of Bispecific Antibody MCLA-158 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1/2 open-label, multi-center, multi-national study with an initial dose escalation part to determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of MCLA-158 single agent in patients with mCRC. The dose escalation part has been completed and the RP2D will be further evaluated in an expansion part of the study. Cohorts of selected solid tumor indications for which there is evidence of EGFR dependency and potential sensitivity to EGFR inhibition will be evaluated including head and neck c... Read More

Monitoring Pregnancy and Infant Outcomes Following Tralokinumab Exposure During Pregnancy in the US and Canada - PROTECT
Recruiting
The goal of this observational study is to learn about exposure to tralokinumab during pregnancy, as well as atopic dermatitis (AD) during pregnancy. The main question the study aims to answer is whether pregnant people who have been exposed to tralokinumab during pregnancy experience any differences in pregnancy and infant outcomes compared to women with atopic dermatitis who have not been exposed to tralokinumab during pregnancy. Participants are not required to take tralokinumab during the s... Read More

Stelara and Tremfya Pregnancy Exposure Registry OTIS Autoimmune Diseases in Pregnancy Project
Recruiting
The purpose of the OTIS Autoimmune Diseases in Pregnancy Study is to monitor planned and unplanned pregnancies exposed to certain medications, to evaluate the possible teratogenic effect of these medications and to follow live born infants for one year after birth. With respect to fetal outcome, it is important to evaluate the spectrum of outcomes that may be relevant to a medication exposure during pregnancy, and these include both easily recognizable defects which are visible at birth, as well... 64Cu-GRIP B in Patients With Advanced Malignancies
Recruiting
This phase I/II clinical trial evaluates if using a radiotracer targeting granzyme B, 64-copper granzyme targeting restricted interaction peptide specific to family member B (64 Cu-GRIP B) with positron emission tomography (PET) imaging can be safe and useful for detecting granzyme B (GrB) in patients with advanced cancers that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (advanced). Granzyme B (GrB) is a biomarker produced by immune cells in response to immunotherapy, which may highlight tumors t... Read More

Image-Guided (68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT) Prostate Biopsy for the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer in Men With Prior Negative/Inconclusive Biopsy
Recruiting
This early phase I trial studies how well an image-guided prostate biopsy using the imaging agent 68Ga-prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-11 with a positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) scan works in diagnosing prostate cancer in men with a prior negative or inconclusive prostate biopsy. PSMA is a protein that is found on the surface of prostate cancer cells. 68Ga-PSMA-11 is made up of a substance that binds to PSMA on tumor cells, linked with a radioactive substance t... Read More

Adjuvant ctDNA-Adapted Personalized Treatment in Early Stage NSCLC (ADAPT-E)
Recruiting
In this study circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) blood testing is used to detect the residual blood cancer. If residual cancer using this blood test is detected there may be at higher risk of having the cancer return. The study is going to test whether or not the number of circulating cancer cells detected in the blood can be reduced by administration durvalumab after the standard treatment if you are tested positive for the residual cancer.

Cardiotoxicity Assessment Through Comprehensive Heart Imaging to Predict Heart Failure
Recruiting
Anthracycline chemotherapies (e.g. doxorubicin, daunorubicin) are commonly given to treat pediatric cancer, and carry a risk of cardiotoxicity. Over the long term, children who receive these therapies have an increased risk of heart failure and early cardiovascular death. However, current strategies for identifying patients who are at risk prior to the development of significant changes in heart function are limited. This study will focus on imaging markers of cardiac injury and dysfunction with... Read More
