Online "Pain, Stress & Emotions" Class in Chronic Pain
Recruiting
Members with chronic pain will be invited to participate in a 2-hour zoom-delivered pain psychology class entitled "Pain, Stress, & Emotions". Surveys are completed at baseline (prior to the online class), a satisfaction survey is completed after the class, and post-treatment surveys completed 2, 4, 8, and 12 1weeks after class attendance.

Single Session Class to Reduce Opioid Use in Chronic Pain
Recruiting
Prescription opioids are one of the most commonly used treatments for chronic pain, despite limited evidence of their efficacy and high morbidity and mortality risks. The study aims to determine the efficacy of a targeted single-session psychology class in reducing opioid use among patients with chronic pain. The information gained from this study has the potential to identify patients who achieve a meaningful reduction in opioid use and inform opioid reduction strategies.

The Natural History of Danon Disease
Recruiting
Danon disease (DD) is a rare, X-linked disorder associated with severe cardiomyopathy, and in many cases, skeletal myopathy, and cognitive impairment caused by mutations in the LAMP2 gene. There is still uncertainty regarding the natural history of DD because of its rarity. This study aims to determine the natural history of DD through the collection and analysis of retrospective and prospective data. To achieve this, the investigators will perform surveys and obtain medical records from DD pat... Read More

Immunomodulatory Effects of Fasting in Healthy Adults
Recruiting
This is a clinical trial assessing the effects of fasting on the immune system in healthy adults. Immune profiling, gene expression profiling, and flow cytometry on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) will be performed and we hypothesize that a period of fasting will alter the immune system in healthy adults.

Cortisone Shots for Neck Pain
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to determine if cortisone shots in the neck are helpful in patients with certain MRI findings. Additionally, the investigators hope to learn if cervical facet joint steroid injections are beneficial in the subset of patients with MRI findings consistent with facet joint synovitis.

Delayed Blood Stem Transplantation in HLA Matched Kidney Transplant Recipients to Eliminate Immunosuppressive Drugs.
Recruiting
The study will determine whether patients with functioning Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) matched kidney transplants for at least one year and who want to discontinue immunosuppressive drugs can be treated with Total Lymphoid Irradiation (TLI) and rabbit Anti-Thymocyte Globulin (rATG) and an HLA matched donor hematopoietic progenitor cell infusion such that their drugs are successfully withdrawn while maintaining normal renal function.

Study of KRT-232 or TL-895 in Janus Associated Kinase Inhibitor Treatment-Naïve Myelofibrosis
Recruiting
This study evaluates either KRT-232 or TL-895 in treatment naïve patients with myelofibrosis (MF) The study will be conducted in 2 stages. Stage 1 will evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy of either KRT-232 (Arm 1) or TL-895 (Arm 2) in treatment naïve patients. Recruiting
The study is designed as an international, multicenter prospective cohort study. Patients with presumed glioblastoma (GBM) in- or near eloquent areas on diagnostic MRI will be selected by neurosurgeons. Patients will be treated following one of three study arms: 1) a craniotomy where the resection boundaries for motor or language functions will be identified by the "awake" mapping technique (awake craniotomy, AC); 2) a craniotomy where the resection boundaries for motor functions will be identif...
