This is a study for people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful. Adults aged 18 and over with advanced cancer with HER2 alterations can join the study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called zongertinib helps people with advanced cancers with HER2 alterations. HER2 alterations can cause cancer. Zongertinib inhibits HER2. Participants are put into 13 groups based on the type of advanced cancer and the type of HER2 alterations they have. All participants take one dose of zongertinib each day. Participants can continue the treatment as long as they benefit from it and can tolerate it. Participants visit the study site regularly. During many of the visits, the doctors check the size of the tumour and whether it has spread to other parts of the body. During all the visits, the doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Read Less

The main aim of this study is to check the side effects of TAK-279 and how well it is tolerated in participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. All participants will be assigned to study treatments of TAK-279 and will be treated with TAK-279 if the participants meet the study rules. Participants will be in the study for up to 217 weeks, including up to 35 days for the screening period, 52 weeks (Part A) up to 156 additional weeks (Part B) study treatment and 4 weeks follow up period. This study (KER-050-D301) is evaluating the efficacy and safety of elritercept (KER-050) versus placebo in adult participants with transfusion-dependent anemia with very low, low, or intermediate risk MDS, or more recently defined as myelodysplastic neoplasms, with or without ring sideroblasts. The goal of this clinical trial is to find out about the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of DM001 for patients with the advanced solid tumors. DM001 is an experimental drug which is not approved by health authorities for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Participants will have up to 17 visits during the study.There will be up to a 4-week Screening Period followed by a treatment period that will be divided into 3-week cycles/ Participants will have 5 study visits during Cycle 1, 3 visits during Cycles 2 and 3, and 1 visit during subsequent cycles. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine alone or when given together with other anti-cancer therapies. This study also aims to find the best dose. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to grow in very high numbers). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon (a part of large intestine) or rectum grow out of control. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC): This is a cancer that starts in the ducts of the pancreas but can spread quickly to other parts of the body. Pancreas is a long, flat gland that lies in the abdomen behind the stomach. Pancreas creates enzymes that help with digestion. It also makes hormones that can help control your blood sugar levels. All participants in this study will take the study medication (PF-07934040) as pill by mouth twice a day repeating for 21-day or 28-day cycles. Depending on which part of the study participants are enrolled into they will receive the study medication (PF-07934040 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications). These anti-cancer medications will be given in the study clinic by intravenous (IV) that is directly injected into the veins at various times (depending on the treatment) during the 21-day or 28-day cycle. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07934040) and the combination anti-cancer therapy until their cancer is no longer responding. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, they will come into the clinic between 1 to 4 times in each 21-day or 28-day cycle. After they have stopped taking the study medication (at about at 2 years) they will be followed for another two years to see how they are doing. Read Less
