The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, MTD and RP2D of LP-184 in patients with advanced solid tumors who have relapsed from or are refractory to standard therapy or for whom no standard therapy is available. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cell (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The combination of epcoritamab with anti-neoplastic agents will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on eligibility. Approximately 622 adult participants with NHL will be enrolled in 100 sites globally. In both the dose escalation and dose expansion arms participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) epcoritamab in 28 day, 21 day, or 56 day cycles dependent on the arm in combination with the anti-neoplastic agents described below: 1: Oral lenalidomide in participants (PPTS) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2: Oral ibrutinib and oral lenalidomide in PPTS with with R/R DLBCL; 3: Intravenous (IV) polatuzumab vedotin, IV rituximab, IV cyclophosphamide, IV doxorubicin hydrochloride (HCl), and oral prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve DLBCL; 4: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R DLBCL; 5: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL); 6A: Oral ibrutinib in PPTS with R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); 6B: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with R/R MCL; 7: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve MCL. 8: Oral pirtobrutinib in PPTS with R/R MCL. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Multiple myeloma (MM) is a plasma cell disease characterized by the growth of clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and toxicity of etentamig (ABBV-383) when co-administered with pomalidomide-dexamethasone (Pd), lenalidomide-dexamethasone (Rd), or daratumumab-dexamethasone (Dd), in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Etentamig co-administered with Pd, Rd, or Dd, will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on stage of the study and eligibility. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the best dose of etentamig, followed by a dose expansion phase to confirm the dose. Approximately 320 adult participants with R/R MM will be enrolled in the study in approximately 48 sites worldwide. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) etentamig co-administered with oral/IV Pd, oral/IV Rd, or oral/IV/subcutaneous (SC) Dd in 28-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The purpose of the study is to identify kidney transplant patients that can be transitioned from multi-drug immunosuppression therapy to Belatacept monotherapy, using cell free DNA and gene expression as markers of immune quiescence. The primary objective will be to determine if donor derived-cell free DNA (AlloSure) can be utilized to facilitate Belatacept monotherapy, and to determine if Belatacept is safe and effective as immunosuppression in kidney transplant recipients. The secondary objective is to determine the utility of AlloMap as a predictor of immune quiescence and tolerance of immunosuppressive de-escalation to Belatacept monotherapy, and to evaluate the performance of iBox in predicting adverse outcomes in patients transitioned to Belatacept monotherapy Read Less
