Non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) inhibitor (budigalimab) to adult participants to treat NSCLC. ABBV-400 and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of ABBV-400 in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 4 treatment groups. Two groups will receive budigalimab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed. One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 172 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab or receive IV budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed, or IV SOC pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The study will run for a duration of approximately 33 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a condition where the immune system mistakenly destroys platelets, which are cells that help stop bleeding. This leads to a low number of platelets, making it easier to bruise or bleed. The main aim of this study is to learn whether mezagitamab, when given just under the skin (subcutaneously \[SC\]), is effective in keeping the platelet count of adults with ITP stable when compared to a placebo. A placebo looks like medicine but doesn't have any active ingredients in it. The participants will be treated with mezagitamab for up to 6 months. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times. Participants who complete the TAK-079-3002 study or do not have any response to study treatment by week 16 (according to study criteria) will be given the opportunity to participate in a continuation study to receive open label mezagitamab (if they are eligible and the site is able to open the continuation study). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if buntanetap/Posiphen works to treat early Alzheimer's disease in adults aged 55-85. It will also learn about the safety of buntanetap/Posiphen. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does buntanetap/Posiphen improve cognition as measured by ADAS-Cog13? * Does buntanetap/Posiphen improve function as measured by ADCS-iADL? * What medical issues do participants have, if any, when taking buntanetap/Posiphen? Researchers will compare buntanetap/Posiphen to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if buntanetap/Posiphen works to treat early Alzheimer's disease. Participants will: * Take buntanetap/Posiphen or a placebo every day for 18 months * Visit the clinic periodically for checkups, tests, and questionnaires (screening visits, enrollment, month 1, month 3, month 6, month 9, month 12, month 15, month 18), including a volumetric MRI at month 6 and month 18 * Complete pre- and post-clinic visit phone calls Read Less

Participants include men and women ≥ 40 years of age with T2DM, established CV disease, a history of HTN with an SBP of at least 130 mmHg at screening, who meet the predefined serum potassium level, and with at least one additional risk factor for HF. The study will include an optional pre-screening period to facilitate sites' identification of potentially eligible participants to enter the full screening assessments. Participants will not be required to visit the site and no informed consent is required for the optional pre-screening period. The pre-screening assessments do not replace the full screening tests at Visit 1. Upon entering the screening period, all consented participants (after signature of screening ICF) will be screened during an up to 14-day screening period. Participants who meet all screening inclusion/exclusion criteria but are not treated with SGLT2i or are treated for less than 4 weeks will enter a run-in period with dapagliflozin 10 mg once daily for at least 4 weeks (and not more than 6 weeks) before randomisation. Site visits will take place at approximately 2-, 4-, 8-, 16-, and 34-weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months. The study closure procedures will be initiated when the predetermined number of the first secondary endpoint events (ie, the composite of hospitalisation for HF or CV death) is predicted to have occurred i.e., the PACD. In case of premature discontinuation of the blinded study intervention, participants will remain in the study. Unless a participant meets the dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, they will continue to receive open label dapagliflozin 10 mg.
