Urothelial carcinoma (UC) is the ninth most common cancer type worldwide. While the treatment of front-line metastatic urothelial carcinoma (mUC) has improved, there remains a high unmet need for effective therapies for participants who have recurrent disease and disease that has progressed after frontline treatment. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of mUC. There are 3 treatment arms in this study and participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at one of 2 different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), or either docetaxel, paclitaxel, or gemcitabine (based on investigator's choice). Approximately 150 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 56 sites worldwide. In arm 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A) in combination with IV infused budigalimab. In arm 2, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (dose B) in combination with IV infused budigalimab. In arm 3 (control), participants will receive the investigator's choice: IV infused or injected docetaxel; IV infused or injected paclitaxel; or IV infused gemcitabine. The estimated duration of the study is up to approximately 3.5 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * A confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or * A confirmed liver disease called metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) * BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more or * 25 kg/m2 or more if the participant is Asian. People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with NASH or MASH improve their liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. All participants regularly receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 4 and a half years. During this time, they visit the study site or have a remote visit by video call every 2, 4 or 6 weeks for about a 1 year and 5 months. After this time participants visit the trial site or have a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight is regularly measured. At some visits the liver parameters are measured using different imaging methods. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). This phase III trial compares standard therapy given after surgery (adjuvant) to standard therapy given before and after surgery (perioperative) in treating patients with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be removed by surgery (resectable). The usual approach for patients with resectable NSCLC is chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy before surgery, after surgery, or both before and after surgery. This study is being done to find out which approach is better at treating patients with lung cancer. Treatment will be administered according to the current standard of care at the time of enrollment. Chemotherapy options may include cisplatin, carboplatin, pemetrexed, gemcitabine, docetaxel, and vinorelbine at standard doses according to the treating physician. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Pemetrexed is in a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents. It works by stopping cells from using folic acid to make deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making DNA and may kill tumor cells. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Other chemotherapy drugs, such as vinorelbine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading . Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, pembrolizumab, and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Starting treatment with chemotherapy and immunotherapy prior to surgery and continuing treatment after surgery may be a more effective treatment option than adjuvant therapy alone in patients with stage II-IIIB resectable NSCLC. This study is open to adults who participated in a previous clinical study with brigimadlin. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with solid tumours tolerate long-term treatment with brigimadlin. Brigimadlin is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Participants are grouped in cohorts depending on their treatment in the previous study: * Cohort 1a got brigimadlin and continues treatment with brigimadlin * Cohort 1b got brigimadlin for 4 or less treatment cycles; each cycle was 3 weeks long * Cohort 2 received a comparator and gets brigimadlin for the first time All participants take brigimadlin as tablets once every 3 weeks at the study site. Participants in the Cohorts 1b and 2 visit the sites more frequently. At study visits, doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. At some study visits, doctors also check the size of the tumour and whether it has spread to other parts of the body. This is a 3-part study that includes a Part A, Part B, and Part C. Part A will study the safety and tolerability of the study drug known as LY3537031 in participants who are overweight and obese. Part B and Part C will study the safety and tolerability of LY3537031 in healthy participants. Part C will contain only Japanese and Chinese healthy participants. Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY3537031 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. Body weight will be measured. This study will test a study drug called cemiplimab to see if it can help treat early-stage cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC), a type of skin cancer. Cemiplimab works by helping the immune system to kill cancer cells. It binds to a protein called programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) on the surface of certain immune cells.
