The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the acceptability and efficacy of Go Move, a mobile website developed to assist youth with unilateral cerebral palsy and their caregivers with setting goals and selecting exercises and activities to meet the goals. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Is Go Move accepted by youth with unilateral cerebral palsy and their caregivers? * Does Go Move support goal attainment for youth with unilateral cerebral palsy? Participants will set up and participate in a goal-driven home program using the Go Move mobile website. Participants will spend 1 hour and 15 minutes per week for 6 weeks working on their home program and will complete pre-intervention and post-intervention assessments. Read Less

Finerenone will be compared to placebo to determine efficacy and safety of treatment in patients with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) who are intolerant or ineligible to receive treatment with steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (sMRA). Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effect of the study drug (ZT-01) on low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) in adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who have been having low blood sugars ("hypos") at night. ZT-01 increases the amount of a hormone called glucagon during low blood sugar, and this may help prevent the occurrence of hypos. The main questions this trial aims to answer are whether ZT-01 lowers the number of hypos happening at night, and what its effects are on blood sugar levels. The safety of ZT-01 will also be measured. Participants will be asked to wear a study-provided continuous glucose monitor (CGM) during two 4-week periods when they will self-inject the study drug before bed. They will get ZT-01 at one of three dose levels during one period, and placebo (which looks like the study drug but doesn't contain the active ingredient) during the other. Neither the participant nor the study site will know what they are receiving during each treatment period or see data from the CGM. The participant will continue to use their usual methods of measuring blood sugar (including their personal CGM) and giving insulin during the study. The participant will be asked to complete a short diary each evening, and will be asked to upload the CGM data to a study phone every day. If a participant uses their own CGM and is willing to share information on how often they have low blood sugar with the study site at the first visit to see if they meet study entry requirements, they will have 6 study visits, 2 study phone calls, and be in the study for about 16 weeks. If they don't use CGM or don't want to share their information, then they will be asked to wear a study CGM for an extra 4 weeks to find out how many low blood sugars they have, and will have an extra visit. Study participants will be asked to give blood and urine for testing to see whether they meet the requirements to enter the study, and at the start and end of each treatment period to see if the study treatment has any effects. They will also have their blood pressure and temperature taken at each study visit, and have an ECG at 4 visits to measure the electrical activity of their heart. Some participants will be asked to also take part in a sub-study where their blood level of ZT-01 and glucagon is measured, after the first and last dose. This study evaluates the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of BP1002 (Liposomal Bcl-2 Antisense Oligodeoxynucleotide) in patients with refractory/relapsed AML. This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN4336. Some participants may receive additional investigational drugs in combination with REGN4336. These additional drugs include REGN5678, cemiplimab and sarilumab. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness of REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678. REGN4336, cemiplimab and REGN5678 are a type of treatment for cancer called immunotherapy,and are intended to activate T-cells to attack cancer cells. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 is to determine a safe dose of REGN4336 when given alone or when given in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. The purpose of Part 2 is to use the REGN4336 dose(s) determined in Part 1 to further test how well REGN4336 works to shrink tumors either when given alone or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678? * How much REGN4336 is in the blood at different times when it is given alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678? * Does the body make antibodies against the study drugs (REGN4336, cemiplimab, or REGN5678)? This is a phase I, open-label, study of BP1001-A in participants with advanced or recurrent solid tumors. The dose escalation phase will determine the safety and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) of BP1001-A as a single agent. The primary objectives of this study are to assess: (1) whether the combination of BP1001 plus venetoclax plus decitabine provides greater efficacy (Complete Remission \[CR\], Complete Remission with incomplete hematologic recovery \[CRi\], Complete Remission with partial hematologic recovery \[CRh\], than venetoclax plus decitabine alone (by historical comparison) in participants with untreated AML that cannot or elect not to be treated with more intensive chemotherapy; (2) whether BP1001-based treatment provides greater efficacy (CR, CRi, CRh) than intensive chemotherapy (by historical comparison) in participants with refractory/relapsed AML.
