The purpose of this observational study is to learn about the effects of etrasimod as a treatment for adult patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. Patients will be treated according to standard of care and will only be included in the study if etrasimod is the best treatment of choice according to the physician and they have not previously taken etrasimod. All patients will be prescribed etrasimod according to standard of care. Tests and doctor visits will be conducted according to standard of care with the exception of health questionnaires about ulcerative colitis symptoms. These questionnaires will be completed by patients at various timepoints during the study using their mobile phone, tablet, or computer. The study is 52 weeks with 28 days of safety follow up. Young adults born very preterm (32 weeks gestation or earlier) do not respond well to aerobic exercise training, meeting the recommendations set by the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, where they do not increase their fitness level (or cardiorespiratory fitness). Thus, they do not receive the health benefits of exercise. Achieving physical fitness through aerobic exercise training is the most cost-effective method for preventing and treating many diseases. Young adults born very preterm also have a higher risk of these conditions. Thus, their inability to respond to increase their fitness is a major problem. One likely explanation for poor exercise trainability and increased heart disease risk in young adults born very preterm is the effect of the early birth on the major energy producers in all our cells: Mitochondria. During late-stage gestation, mitochondria change from relying on sugar as a major fuel source to fat. Unfortunately, individuals born very preterm miss this transition in fuel source reliance, which causes significant stress and damage to mitochondria. Mitochondria are critical for post-natal organ development; thus, it is thought that preterm birth-induced mitochondrial dysfunction is the underlying cause of poor trainability and high disease risk in young adults born very preterm. Indeed, mitochondrial dysfunction is evident in these individuals. To date, there is not a way to help young adults born preterm improve their fitness level. One likely target is in the mitochondria: it's DNA. Mitochondrial DNA helps determine how mitochondria function and can be damaged under stress. Our goal in this proposed work is to determine the role of mitochondrial DNA in mitochondrial dysfunction and its link to their poor trainability. Questions: 1. Are there mitochondrial DNA markers linked to mitochondrial dysfunction and poor exercise trainability in young adults very born preterm? 2. Do mitochondrial DNA in young adults born very preterm respond differently to aerobic exercise training than those born at term? The investigators expect this work will show mitochondrial DNA changes linked to mitochondrial dysfunction and poor trainability, which can be used for future targets to improve health. This prospective, blinded, single-arm study aims to test the performance of nanomechanical phenotype in predicting tumor type, tumor aggressiveness, and neoadjuvant treatment response compared to the gold standard of histopathological assessment. The study involves patients with suspicious breast lesions who will undergo a breast biopsy procedure indicated by standard of care. This phase II trial tests how well neratinib prior to the primary treatment (neoadjuvant) works in treating patients with stage I-III HER2 mutated lobular breast cancers. Neratinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving neratinib in addition to normal therapy may work better in treating cancer than the endocrine therapy patients would normally receive. Esophageal cancer, which has a low 5-year overall survival rate (\<20%) is increasing in incidence. Previous studies have shown that Hedgehog, AKT, and angiogenic signaling pathways are activated in a significant number of esophageal cancers. Itraconazole, a widely used anti-fungal medication, effectively inhibits these pathways. In this multi-site phase II trial, the investigators will evaluate the effect of itraconazole as a neoadjuvant therapy added to standard of care chemoradiation and surgery in the the treatment of locoregional esophageal and gastroesophageal junction cancers. Security Force Assistance Brigades (SFABs) are specialized United States Army units formed to train, advise, assist, enable and accompany operations with allied and partner nations. Security Force Assistance Brigades are composed of roughly 800 senior military personnel, primarily commissioned and non-commissioned officers selected from regular Army units across a wide range of military specialties. Because of the high operational tempo (OPTEMPO) of these units, individual resiliency is of utmost importance in maintaining readiness to successfully execute critical, high-stress missions. Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) is an evidence-based intervention with strong potential to enhance resiliency by bolstering psychological flexibility along with other factors which have been demonstrated to optimize individual and group performance. This project will compare an Acceptance and Commitment Training-based resiliency-enhancement training program as compared to training as usual in 600 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigades soldiers stationed at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. Assessment measures related to resilience will be administered before and after training as well as before and after deployment. This will be a prospective, open-label, two-center study to assess the safety of omadacycline use in the treatment of hospitalized subjects with moderate to severe DFI with or without Acute osteomyelitis (AOM) who are at a high risk for development of CDI, AKI, and/or resistant pathogens compared to retrospective controls. Prospective enrollment will be continued until the sample size is achieved up to one year from start date (October 2020). Secondary to slower than anticipated enrollment due to the COVID-19 pandemic and initial exclusion of AOM, following protocol amendment, patient enrollment will be continued until the sample size is achieved up to 18 months from amendment approval (anticipate April 2022 - October 2023). A historical matched case cohort (standard of care) at the two hospitals based on ICD10 codes associated with DFI \[E11.(621, 622), E10.(621, 622); L97.(509, 521, 522, 523, 524, 529)\], including subjects with AOM \[M86.(08-09, 10, 16-19, 8X0, 8X7-8X9, 9) will be utilized for comparison. This study will be a retrospective chart review of patients who have been diagnosed with benign or malignant pancreatic disease under the practice of Dr. Rohan Jeyarajah, M.D., Dr. Houssam Osman M.D., and Dr. Edward Cho M.D., Sc.M. at Methodist Health System Hospital in Richardson, TX. The Investigators plan to conduct an analysis of patients meeting the inclusion criteria from 2005 to present. Study will also be conducted by the PI, Sub-Is, surgery fellows, office staff and clinical research coordinator who are delegated to do by the PI. 1.1. Background: Renal transplantation is the treatment of choice for eligible patients with end-stage renal disease. It provides better outcomes in terms of life expectancy and quality of life than dialysis (Liu, Narins, Maley, Frank, \& Lallas, 2012). Kidney transplants from living donors also have additional benefits in terms of graft function and survival compared to transplants from cadaver donors (Galvani et al., 2012). Living donor transplants provide an opportunity to have good quality grafts and to perform the procedure when the recipient is in an optimal clinical status (Creta et al., 2019). Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy was first introduced in 1995 and is currently accepted as the gold standard for kidney procurement from living donors. The first worldwide robotic assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy was performed in 2000 by Horgan et al. (Horgan et al., 2007). The main obstacle to living donation is the exposure of a healthy subject to the risks of a major surgical intervention. Therefore, efforts have been made to reduce complications and postoperative pain, achieve faster recovery, and minimize the surgical incisions. Minimally invasive procedures like hand-assisted and robotic approaches greatly enhance living donation rates, and in 2001 the number of living donors exceeded the number of cadaver donors (Horgan et al., 2007). 1.2. Aim(s)/Objective(s): The objective of this study is to compare intra- and postoperative patient outcomes of kidney donors following hand-assisted and robotic kidney transplants at a single center. 1.3.
