Sirolimus in Combination With Metronomic Chemotherapy in Children With High-Risk Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The primary objective of this study is to improve the 2-year progression-free survival in children with high-risk solid tumors who are administered a maintenance regimen with continuous sirolimus administered on a backbone of metronomic chemotherapy following the completion of "standard" therapy, as compared to high-risk solid tumor patients treated with observation alone following completion of "standard" therapy.

Study of IDE196 in Patients with Solid Tumors Harboring GNAQ/11 Mutations or PRKC Fusions
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1/2, multi-center, open-label basket study designed to evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of IDE196 in patients with solid tumors harboring GNAQ or GNA11 (GNAQ/11) mutations or PRKC fusions, including metastatic uveal melanoma (MUM), cutaneous melanoma, colorectal cancer, and other solid tumors. Phase 1 (dose escalation - monotherapy) will assess safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of IDE196 via standard dose escalation scheme and determine the recommended Phase 2... Read More

GD2 Specific CAR and Interleukin-15 Expressing Autologous NKT Cells to Treat Children with Neuroblastoma
Recruiting
This research study combines two different ways of fighting cancer: antibodies and Natural Killer T cells (NKT). Antibodies are types of proteins that protect the body from infectious diseases and possibly cancer. T cells, also called T lymphocytes, are special white blood cells that can kill other cells, including cells infected with viruses and tumor cells. Both antibodies and T cells have been used to treat patients with cancers. Investigators have found from previous research that they can p... Read More

A Study to Check the Safety of Dexlansoprazole and Learn if it Can Treat Symptomatic Nonerosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in Children 2 to 11 Years Old
Recruiting
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is caused by food or acid coming up from the stomach into the esophagus, repeatedly. The esophagus is the tube that carries food and liquids from the mouth to the stomach. The body uses stomach acid to break down food, but when acid rises up into the esophagus it can hurt or damage it. People with GERD often feel food coming back up into the throat and mouth and have a burning feeling in their stomach, chest, or throat, called heartburn. Other symptoms of... Read More

NARCOMS Registry: a Multiple Sclerosis Registry
Recruiting
This project is based on the idea that we can learn about the complexities of MS by following disease and treatment patterns in a large group of people over several years. The information gathered is used for research only. Results are presented in summary form only. All details submitted by registry participants is strictly confidential. To participate in NARCOMS complete the baseline enrollment survey online through www.narcoms.org (or directly using the following link: https://redcap.link/py... Read More

Neurophysiologic Biomarkers in Rett Syndrome
Recruiting
The goal of this observational study is to identify candidate biomarkers in individuals with Rett Syndrome (RTT). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do these biomarkers change during clinical changes in individuals with RTT? * Are biomarkers stable over time in clinically stable individuals? * Do these biomarkers correlate with severity of RTT? Participants will be asked to undergo an electroencephalogram (EEG) with measurements of Evoked Potentials (EP) to measure electrical activity... Read More

Interleukin-15 Armored Glypican 3-specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor Expressed in Autologous T Cells for Solid Tumors
Recruiting
Patients may be considered if the cancer has come back, has not gone away after standard treatment or the patient cannot receive standard treatment. This research study uses special immune system cells called CATCH T cells, a new experimental treatment. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancers. This research study combines two different ways of fighting cancer: antibodies and T cells. Antibodies are types of proteins that pr... Read More
