Study of Individuals Affected With Hypoplasminogenemia
Recruiting
This is an Investigator initiated retrospective and prospective single cohort study. The study will utilize an international registry and develop a specimen biobank to provide an improved understanding of the natural history of hyposplasminogenemia, to elucidate the heterogeneity of phenotypic expression, identify markers to predict disease course, and inform improved therapeutic modalities

[18F]PT2385 PET/CT in Patients with Renal Cell Carcinoma
Recruiting
This is an exploratory study to assess \[18F\]PT2385 Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This is an open-label, nontherapeutic trial. The main objective is to correlate hypoxia-inducible factor-2alpha (HIF2α) levels as determined by an investigational \[18F\]PT2385 PET/CT scan with the levels on subsequently obtained tissue by HIF2α immunohistochemistry (IHC). There will be three cohorts. The first pre-surgical cohort will have \... Read More

Comparing Antipsychotic Medications in LBD Over Time
Recruiting
The primary objective of this study is to determine whether treatment with pimavanserin or quetiapine is associated with a greater improvement in psychosis when used in a routine clinical setting to treat hallucinations and/or delusions due to Parkinson's disease (PD) or dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) - collectively referred to as Lewy body disease (LBD).

Veri-T: A Trial of Verdiperstat in Patients With svPPA Due to TDP-43 Pathology
Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to test the safety and tolerability of twice daily Verdiperstat in patients with semantic variant primary progressive aphasia (svPPA) due to frontotemporal lobar degeneration with TDP-43 pathology (FTLD-TDP). Three-fourths of the participants will receive Verdiperstat and one-fourth will receive Placebo during the 24-week treatment duration.

Human-Machine System for the H2 Lower Limb Exoskeleton
Recruiting
This research study will investigate the use of smart lower limb robotic exoskeleton (developed by the CSIC, Spain) in rehabilitation after stroke. It will compare robotic-assisted rehabilitation with supervised motor practice. Additionally, it will also examine the use of noninvasive scalp electroencephalography (EEG) to learn specific brain wave patterns associated with learning to walk on the powered lower limb exoskeleton. The findings will be used to understand human-robot interaction and t... Read More

Open-label Study to Evaluate the Safety of Various Dosing Regimens of MuSK-CAART for MuSK Myasthenia Gravis
Recruiting
Muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare but potentially severe disease, in which patients develop pathogenic autoantibodies that specifically target the MuSK protein in the neuromuscular junction. This phase 1 study is being conducted to evaluate the safety of various dosing regimens of an investigational cell therapy, MuSK-CAART, that can be given to patients with anti-MuSK antibody positive Myasthenia Gravis (MuSK MG), who have active disease. Various dosing reg... Read More

Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cells for the Treatment of AML Expressing CLL-1 Antigen
Recruiting
Patients eligible for this study have a type of blood cancer Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) which has come back or has not gone away after treatment. The body has different ways of fighting disease and infection, and this research study combines two different ways of fighting cancer with antibodies and T cells with the hope that they will work together. T cells (also called T lymphocytes) are special infection-fighting blood cells that can kill other cells including tumor cells. Antibodies are ty... Read More
